- Payment by commission (i.e. payment from the product provider via product charges); or or
- A combination of direct payment and commission from the product provider.
Direct Fee payment from you
You could choose to pay our fee directly by cheque.
Paying by commission (or product charges)

Commission is normally a part of a product's charges. Under current legislation, VAT is not payable on commission. If you instruct us on this basis and the transaction does not proceed - for any reason(s) - we reserve the right to charge a contingency fee for the cost of our time spent in dealing with you.
Combination of direct payment and commission

Any balance of fee due after offset will be invoiced to you. You will be invoiced for any shortfall in the agreed fee payable following the offset in commission.
